Yard drainage & French drains

Drainage designed to move water away from your home, not into it. A French drain is a gravel-lined trench around perforated pipe: water soaks in and the pipe carries it off. We also put in yard and foundation drainage systems.

Grading & water diversion

The shape of the ground decides where rain runs. We regrade yards so water drains away from the house, and leave a smooth base ready for sod.

Sod installation

From patchy, uneven ground to a clean, smooth, healthy yard. Proper grading goes in first, then fresh sod on top.

Retaining walls

A retaining wall holds soil where the yard changes level, so a slope or raised bed doesn’t wash toward the house. We build them alongside drainage, grading and sod work.
